Our Vision

We envision a world where freedom is the foundation of progress—freedom to work, to thrive, to lead, and to live authentically. By combining innovation, collaboration, and global leadership, GBEF builds pathways for a healthier, wealthier, and more just future.

Our Focus

At GBEF, our focus is on advancing freedom as the foundation for progress. We channel our work into four core areas that shape how people live, work, and thrive:

The Future of Work | The Future of Wealth

The Future of Health | The Future of Democracy

Our Approach

GBEF combines data-driven advocacy, leadership training, and community-centered convenings to address systemic inequities at every level. We partner with institutions, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and grassroots leaders to dismantle barriers and reimagine systems that benefits us all.

Our Impact

From global summits to regional initiatives, GBEF has become a trusted resource and catalyst for change. Our Academy equips leaders with tools to drive transformation, while our Policy Foundation informs and shapes fair governance worldwide. Together, we’re building a future where all communities have the freedom to succeed.
